Frequently Asked Questions?

Do you carry backup equipment?

-Yes, each dj carries one extra speaker and amplifier. If more equipment is needed, one of our on call djs will assist the other.


What if your computer or hard drive fails?

-We carry backup cds and cd players, as well as an extra hard drive. We’ve never had an issue with one of our Macs crashing before.


What is included with your standard sound package?

-With our no hassle pricing, you get an extreme sound system that is suitable for up to 400 people. Our truss lighting includes an array of lights, along with a disco ball/light for those first dances.


What do you do besides play music?

-We coordinate the wedding/event with the banquet manager upon arrival. We also give a copy of your itinerary to your photographer/videographer so they are also on the same page. We make sure your entire night runs smoothly and you are completely taken care of.


Why do you bring an assistant?

-Besides helping unload equipment, our assistants help do things that a dj cannot do while maintaining their station. They keep an eye on both the bride and groom, as well as their parents at all times. This way, we know where everyone is at for special announcements or dances. We don’t want to make that mistake of calling up your parents to dance when they are in the bathroom!!


Are you insured?

-All of our djs have full liability insurance. Please let us know if you’re venue requires to be added to our policy. (Parties at any village center typically require this)


How many appointments can we make?

-We meet with clients on an appointment basis, and you’re welcome to meet with us as much as you want. We are always here for you with answers to any questions. Meetings are set up at our branch in Tinley Park, or a designated location will be set up that makes it convenient for you.


WOW! This sounds great! How much do we have to put down to hold our date?

-We require 1/3 of the entire payment to hold your event date. Upon receipt of payment and signing of our contract by both parties, you will be given a login and access to your online planning tools.
